1. Laminate Floors

2. Engineered Floors

Engineered hardwood floors, also known as real wood flooring, has at least three to four layers that consist of a HDF layer, solid oak layer, and softwood core along with a strengthening layer at the bottom.
 
Make sure that you do not expose the engineered floors to water, and do not lay the flooring where it can be damaged by water. This type of flooring is more expensive when compared to the laminate flooring discussed above.
 

3. Vinyl Floors

Known for its durability, Vinyl flooring is actually easy to clean and maintain. It is crafted from PVC and is available in the form of tiles or wood.
 
The thicker the product is, the more durable it tends to be. You can find cheap vinyl flooring about 15mm tick . While more expensive options are available at 80mm – These are more durable.
 
Before fitting the vinyl flooring in your house, make sure the subfloor is prepared properly. Make sure it is levelled up completely to avoid the undulation in the vinyl.
 

4. Solid Floors

If you want a stunning and stylish flooring inside your home, you can’t get better than solid wood flooring. You can create the feel you want with a range of woods in light to mid shades that have a matt finish. These are costly to be installed, so make sure that it is in your budget.
